On the cover: Epifluoresence image of RPE-hTERT cells depleted of the BBSome subunit BBIP10. Microtubules are shown in red and the centrosomal marker pericentrin is in white. Reduced levels of acetylated tubulin are seen as rare green strands and constitute the phenotypic hallmark of BBIP10-depleted cells. The loss of acetylated microtubules is specific to the depletion of BBIP10, and microtubule acetylation remains unaffected by the depletion of other BBSome subunits.
